We require a 24 hour cancellation notice minimum. Without sufficient notice, a cancellation fee of $35 will apply.
However, if you are severely unwell, in an urgent situation or are feeling 90% better, please contact me via email and exceptions can be made.
If you or your child is feeling sick, please don’t automatically cancel. Get in touch and we may still encourage you to make your appointment.
