We require a 24 hour cancellation notice minimum. Without, there is a cancellation fee of $35.
However, if you are severely unwell, in an urgent situation or are feeling 90% better, please contact us via email and exceptions can be made.
If you or your child is feeling sick, please don’t automatically cancel. Get in touch and we may still encourage you to make your appointment.
